Camrose Chapter – Huntington Society of Canada

Mar. 18, 2020

The Huntington Society of Canada takes the safety of our staff, volunteers and community members very seriously. We believe, above all else, that organizations and events must play a role in reducing the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak.

In light of the above, the Camrose Chapter has made the necessary decision to cancel the 2020 Golf Tournament, typically held in June.  At this time we are discussing potentially re-scheduling the event to sometime in September; however that will depend on circumstances which are currently beyond our ability to predict.

We thank you for your past support of this important event.  HSC relies heavily on the money raised through fundraising events each spring. Your continued support at this difficult time will ensure we are still able to provide funding to world-leading research into treatments for Huntington disease, as well as vital support services to individuals and families affected by Huntington disease.
